Frequently Asked questions

Agency approved entities will refer you to take our program.  If you are an agency wanting to get added to our list of approved entities please send an email to graciela@kardiambs.com or call 956-615-0440. 

You can take the course using any smart device: computer, laptop, tablet, or phone.  You must have internet.

You can register online by selecting "Login/Register" button. Follow the instructions and it will lead you to our payment platform or you can call our office at 956-615-0440 to register by phone.  

We want to ensure you have a successful journey through the course. Here are a few pointers: 

• Use the Google Chrome web browser for the course.
• We recommend you take notes on each unit, if you believe to have trouble remembering details.
• Answer questions thoroughly, as this is a way for us to gauge if you are capturing the course's objectives. We don't accept "I don't know" as an answer or one word responses unless it is a "yes" or "no" or "true/false" question.
• Once you have completed 100% of the course work, this does not mean you have completed it, as your course status is now under “pending review.” If we do not feel that responses are appropriate, we will flag them, and you will have an opportunity to retake those flagged responses at the end of the course.
• While under the pending review status, it takes us 1-2 business days to review.
• Lastly upon accepting your entire coursework, we will conduct an accountability interview to ensure your participation in the course. If you do not pass the interview, you will not be issued a certificate of completion, and you will have to retake the entire course and repay.

Courses vary from a few hours up to 15 hours.  With some students taking longer depending on their understanding of material and other factors.  They are accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.  We monitor the coursework very carefully and take pride in making sure that each student understand the course objectives.  This is a course that not only Kardia has access to, but also the referring agency/entity.
